Teacher Professor

Should a UCLA college professor be allowed to advocate hate against white people?

I believe that college professors should not be allowed to advocate hate and oppression of any ethnic or racial group that is different from them as colleges should be respectful of people from all ethnic and racial backgrounds. In a video, a UCLA professor talks about having a violent revolt against non-Latinos, especially whites. This is what happens when school curriculums focuses on and exploits past grievances instead of explaining how every racial and ethnic group from one time or another has done both good and bad things to groups different from them. Public Comments

  1. Because other hate groups (like the KKK) are covered by free speech, then yes, he should be allowed. But it isn't right. No hate groups and speeches should exist.
  2. Taken out of context. In the film clip he is not in a classroom, he may not even be on campus. Hes is speaking as a private citizen at a rally, exercising his right of free speech. >_<
