Teacher Professor

Please comment on my poem?

On the teachers day................ I want to pay my contribution Teachers with their support I am here Writing this to give them respect I am here Infact mine were the teachers, role model The pillars of strength and dignity When I was the kid they were the moulders With their teaching they were the sculpters I was in my class the naughtiest They disciplined me to be the most obedient With the pedagogy they tried Made the autistic child bright I hope my teachers you are missing me! As I am today, exhorbitantly missing you The gentle touch of yours in my life Was like a motherly breeze in my life You were lit by the passion as a teacher I was the student a zealous learner Now, today when I see me The reflection of you I find in me The knowledge you gave me I applause The stress I gave you I appologies English, Maths, Geography...... all teachers I am puzzled whom not to mention Those were all my best teachers Islamic studies one was the best preacher I know I gave you all a tough time I felt sorry now hope to revert the time The respect I had for you all is in my heart It could not be express in words apart You lead me to the right path And instill in me the humanity Thank you teachers, Thanks a lot Its only a snip, you deserve a lot!!!

  1. I think you wrote a beautiful poem which we can relate to. Sometimes you wonder whether teachers know that every move they do, we're constantly analyzing them and everything they say, we repeat in it in our minds and we unconsciously strive to meet their expectations as to not waste their effort caring for us.
  2. It is so fine, your regards for the teachers are laudable, congrats.
