What Happens to the Monies Collected Via The NC Education Lottery? With so many schools operating without the needed funding for classroom supplies, school lunches for needy kids, after school activities for at risk kids, music departments, etc. I would like to know why the NC Education Lottery has not filled the gap between the have's and the have not's school districts here in NC? Am I correct in believing that the lottery was intended in part to resolve these issues?

Why does NC have a lottery for education and they don't use the money for education? Where is the money going? Bev. Perdue is taking away from our kids education! If lottery is for education why are there so many teacher positions cut in NC. Don't our kids future MATTER.

the yahoo mod to check lottery results does not show thow the NC education lottery Why??? when you choose to use the yahoo mod called "lottery results" you set it up by chooseing the state who's lottery you want it to display it has been a verry long time now since NC got its lottery up and running and yet NC is not on the list of states that the mod will display is there a reason yahoo does not want to display my states lottery results and if so what is it I saw others have asked this question and the answers thay got were not even in the ball park of an answer so my question is why is the NC lottery not recagnized? are the peaple at yahoo ever going to recagnize it? and if so how long should i expect to wait?

question for nc residents What do you think is the deal with Bev Perdue taking $88 million out of the lottery? education fund and slapping it in the general fund and saying that it will still be used for education? Whats the point in taking it out then? I think its really sad what is happening to our leaders and the lies that they tell!
